GECAG generally holds two or three workshops or demonstrations each year and occasional fundraising events. Please find below the program of Paint-outs which are available for all to participate in free of charge. Please see below for details of the paint-outs and upcoming workshops.
Paint Out Program
The GECAG Paint-outs take place on the second Saturday of each month. The meeting time is 10.00am and we paint until 12.00. The paint out is often followed by a visit to a local café. Participation in the Paint-outs is free. Please register your participation on Trybooking by 6.00pm on the Friday before the scheduled paint-out.
Well-known artist Craig Penny will encourage participants to explore the spontaneity of acrylics through planning and enthusiasm.
Working from photos supplied, he will encourage everyone to keep it simple, explore colour and composition and to work within a time frame.
